We offer these services to our clients:

EXCLUSIVE SEARCH - We are exclusively hired to fill a position. We perform extensive research to identify prospective candidates throughout the appropriate marketplace, recruiting and screening individuals, seeking the "best available candidate". We stay on the search until the position is filled. Our fee is 30% of the first year compensation, plus out-of-pocket expenses. Depending on the assignment, we may need an advance retainer that is applicable to the final fee and expenses.

CONTINGENCY SEARCH - We match your job specification against the backgrounds of individuals whose resumes we have on file. We do not conduct an indepth market search. Our contingency fee is 25% of the first year compensation, paid only if you hire our candidate.
